Detailed description of goods and/or services
Nimbus Juices (Pty) Ltd is a business in the Electronic cigarette industry that manufactures electronic cigarette products, resells accessories and manufactured electronic cigarette products from various reputable sources.

Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours during week days being Monday to Friday and delivery/tracking number will confirmed by way of email.

Export restriction 
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only, unless authorized by management.


Unfortunately, E-Liquids once opened cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.

No warranty or guarantee is offered on pre-made coils.

Please note we do not!!! collect items from post offices.

Please use a door to door courier service for your return.

We do not offer loan devices.

Please note that USB ports are not covered outside of the 7-day product exchange. 

Please note that orders placed and not paid unless by prior arrangement with management that have not been paid within 24 hours from the time of purchase shall be cancelled without written confirmation.

Please note it is your responsibility to forward proof of payment to sales@nimbusjuices.co.za and we strongly suggest that you do not rely on the banking apps to do so.

 The purchaser shall inspect the goods on arrival and must notify Sir Vape within 24 hours of receipt of the goods if any goods are damaged and items not received. Please do not open any goods without checking them to be correct first. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp immediately. Should the purchaser fail to do this, it shall be deemed as goods accepted. If the purchaser wants to return any goods for whatever reason the purchaser may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods. All goods must be in an unused condition.

Nimbus Juices will refund or replace the goods; however, Nimbus Juices will not be liable for the refund on shipping expenses unless it is due to an error on our behalf. Should there be a claim for a manufacture default the goods will be returned by the purchaser to Nimbus Juices for replacement after receiving confirmation from one of the owners Eric.

 If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault and is within the warranty period the item will be repaired or replaced unless due to user negligence. Please note that as per the Consumer Protection Act Nimbus Juices is allowed up to 20 Working days to check the device and return it to the purchaser. However, every effort will be taken to lessen the time frame as possible.

 Goods in transit from the purchaser to Nimbus Juices remains the client’s responsibility until signed for in store. All goods returned must contain all relevant parts along with original order number and or proof of purchase.

 Should goods be found to have been damaged due to user negligence costs of transportation back to the purchaser is at the purchaser’s expense.

 Nimbus Juices abides by the manufactures warranty and no warranty claim will be processed if the purchaser has misused the product or not abided by the instruction laid out by the manufacturer.

 We offer a 7-day refund policy where should the purchaser feel the product has a fault we will exchange it. Refunds are only issued after all other recourses have been taken to rectify the problem with the purchaser. Should the purchaser require a refund, then the cost of getting the product back to Nimbus Juices is at the purchaser expense and refunds will be processed on receipt of the goods. The goods must arrive with all components and must be returned in good condition.

Please note that E-juice will not be refunded if opened. 

Regrettably no returns or refunds will be entertained on sale items.

Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a fee of 10% of the total purchase order excluding delivery fees.

Customer Privacy policy
Nimbus Juices (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via YOCO payment gate, YOCO Payment link or by bank transfer into the Nimbus Juices (Pty) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Nimbus Juices (Pty) Ltd via YOCO (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. YOCO use 3D Secure™ (or 3DS) is a secure online payment service available for Visa and MasterCard cards. The authentication procedure is simple and involves 3 steps.
– Place your booking and enter your debit or credit card information.
– If the security system is activated for your card, a 3D Secure™ window will open. Your bank will ask you to verify your identity by entering an authentication code. In most cases, this is a single-use security code that is sent to you by SMS on your mobile phone.
– Once you enter the correct security code and your payment is accepted, your booking is confirmed.

The 3D Secure™ payment system is available through your bank under the name “Verified by Visa” for Visa cards or “MasterCard Secure Code” for MasterCard cards. Please contact your bank for complete information on this service and the terms of use.

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Nimbus Juices (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on YOCO 3D Secure™. For more detail on YOCO refer to https://www.yoco.com.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Nimbus Juices (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.


All Pre-loved items sold on behalf of customer (seller) are done after items have been evaluated as in good working order and can be posted by Nimbus Juices (Pty) Ltd staff members only on approval by the owner. All items are classified as “sold as is” items and customer purchasing items will have to complete a wave form to accepting the item purchased. Nimbus Juices Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for any items sold or purchased as a Pre-Loved item and no returns or refunds will be available on these items. Items are stored at sellers own risk at Nimbus Juices (Pty) Ltd. Nimbus Juices (Pty) Ltd offers this service free of charge to registered customers on our site only. Sellers wanting to make use of this service must apply in store or via a applications form sent to them via email. Customers wanting to make use of this service are liable for courier fees to physical shop for pre-evaluation. Items will be held by physical store for a maximum period of 2 months. If the item is not sold, the seller will be contacted to make arrangement for items being sent back to them at the sellers own cost.

In the event that a Nimbus Juices product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Nimbus Juices reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product. Nimbus Juices reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Nimbus Juices shall issue a credit to your account for the amount charged. We cannot offer Credit Card refunds at this time.

Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Nimbus Juices (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 

Nimbus Juices (Pty) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via email, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Nimbus Juices employee, other licensed employee, host or representative is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise public through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or public rights, abusive illegal, or otherwise objectionable with may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party of which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit other so to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.  

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nimbus Juices, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your internet account
