PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept the following payment methods:

COD (CASH ON DELIVERY)

COD is only for collections at Nimbus Juices Directly or for customer making use of our in-house delivery service.

EFT (ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER)

Upon Checkout, our banking details will be provided to you if you select EFT. Please use your order number (emailed to you) as the reference for your payment and email Proof of Payment to sales@nimbusjuices.co.za. Your order will only be finalized upon receipt of your Proof of Payment and as soon as funds have been cleared in account. PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF FRAUDULENT EFT SLIPS WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING, WE NOW REQUIRE AN OFFICIAL EFT SLIP EMAILED DIRECT FROM THE BANK. 

CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD

We make use of YOCO Payment Gateway to handle our credit card transactions. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SMS NOTIFICATIONS AS PROOF OF PAYMENT, WE ONLY ACCEPT PROOF OF PAYMENT THAT HAS COME DIRECTLY FROM YOUR BANK.

No proof of payment is need if you have used the online YOCO Payment system.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS DUE TO NON-PAYMENT

All orders not paid for within 48 hours from purchase will be automatically deleted from our system and the stock will be put back up for sale, unless you have requested an extension and this is to be done with Eric and Eric alone. Nimbus Juices and its staff are not held liable should you not be able to purchase the items again should they then be sold. Please make sure to forward proof of payment to eric@nimbusjuices.co.za within that period to prevent losing out on your purchase. Should you have paid for an item and proof of such and have not sent us the proof of payment and the order is automatically cancelled on our system, Nimbus Juices will refund you for the items and or send you the items if still in stock at our earliest convenience. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SMS NOTIFICATIONS AS PROOF OF PAYMENT, WE ONLY ACCEPT PROOF OF PAYMENT THAT HAS COME DIRECTLY FROM YOUR BANK.

PER-ORDER POLICY

Pre-Order items are stock that is items not in store, but are sourced from various supplies allowing us to source almost any item available in South Africa. If the item is not available on our site we can still sources it depending on availability in South Africa. All items marked as Pre-Order will have a waiting period of 3 to 5 Business days due to stock availability and or awaiting of payment. If Pre-Order items are added to cart with normal available items the order will still have a waiting period of 3 to 5 Business days.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS POLICY

Firstly, please note all orders are being packed in a clean & sanitized environment. Our packers are wearing gloves and sanitizing before and after each order packed. The packing station is also being sanitized on a regular basis.


Option 1: Click & Collect: here you can come in and collect your items that you have purchased in our store at 32 Tarentaal Street, Hillcrest, Wellington 7655. Our operating times are 12H00 – 20H30 Mon- Fri, Saturday 12H00 – 17H00 and Sunday 14H00 – 17H00. Please bring with you your order number and proof of payment if you have selected the EFT option. Please adhere to store Covid 19 regulations displayed at entrance when coming to our stores. Please take not that Pre-Order items full under Pre-Order Policy

Option 2: Jumper Local Delivery: The cost here is currently R60 – R80 (Nimbus Juices management reserves the right to change this at any time due to price increase) Local Delivery is to Wellington and Paarl Areas Only. Nimbus Juices and its management are not held liable for a package that does not arrive in the allotted time due to an incorrect postal method fee being charged. Also, please note our current process is that we send you a email once your order has been processed. Jumper Local Delivery service order placed between 09H00 and 14H00 will be delivered between 15H00 and 16H00. All orders after 14H00 will be delivered the next day between 15H00 and 16H00 the next day. Please take not that we do not deliver over weekends and that any order place Friday after 14H00 will be delivered Monday between 15H00 and 16H00. Please take not that Pre-Order items fall under Pre-Order Policy

Option 3: Nationwide Delivery: The cost here is currently R120 (Nimbus Juices management reserves the right to change this at any time due to price increase) Nationwide areas are all areas outside Wellington/Paarl areas. Also, please note our current process is that we send you a tracking number once your order has been processed (allow a few hours for the courier company to update their system) Once you have this tracking number and it appears on “The Courier Guy” tracking service all communication regarding your package has to be direct to them as they have ownership of the package until signed off by yourself. Should you need to change details of delivery please arrange this with them directly. Please note that all orders placed before 12H00 will go out the same day once payment has been received if orders come in after 12H00 the order will go out the following day.

PLEASE ALLOW FOR 2 TO 3 WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE DELIVERED AND 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS.
